TEn Questions

Q: What is your favorite thing about your career?

A: I think that imagination is one of the greatest gifts that we all share. The world is full of little quirks and interesting things, even in the "mundane" things something interesting. Everyone has a different experience, so to get to use our imagination to share what we've learned is an incredible challenge and one of the most rewarding things we can do. I love that.

Q: What is your life Mantra?

A:  I have a few. Live a life for something greater than yourself. What we are together is much more than who we are apart. Life wont change unless you change your life.

Q: What makes you laugh the most?

A:  I laugh really easily, but I love those unspoken moments where two people just connect and don’t have to say anything.

Q: Your heros?

A: In terms of acting, I've gotten a lot of inspiration from Rowan Atkinson, Charlie Chaplin, Lily Tomlin and Carol Burnet. They are masters of non-verbal communication and body language. That's such a huge component of bringing a character to life.

Q: Any hidden talents?

A: I can do a pretty good Barak Obama. I also play the didgeridoo and am double jointed in my right thumb.

Q: If you were ruler of your own country, what would be the first law you would introduce?

A: Mandatory trampoline rooms in every home. But aside from that, we would all have to pay way more attention to recycling.

Q: Craziest pet that you have had?

A: Thats tough. Both my parents are nature lovers to the third degree and they would always bring things home. We also had a lot of box turtles that would wander into our yard so I would keep those for an afternoon or so before letting them go. My dad brought home a tarantula once and I had that for over a year....so craziest pet? The Tarantula.

Q: Speaking of animals, what is your favorite animal?

A: Does Gonzo from the muppets count? If not then I'll say a giraffe. They just seem like aliens to me and I would love to have a herd of pigmy giraffes in my back yard.

Q: If you could share a meal with any 4 individuals, living or dead, who would they be?

A: I have to back to some of the heros on this one: But also Freddie Mercury, Harriet Tubman.

Q: What motivates you to work hard?

A: Ultimately I want to people find joy and wonder and to learn something everyday. I’m also motivated by great Ideas, if I believe in something I want to see it grow into a reality.
